Shipping Details: Because we appreciate your business, Senergy Medical Group’s goal is for you to receive your shipment within 10 business days from the day your order is processed. Unfortunately, back orders do occur at times due to the fact that the Tennant Biomodulator™ PLUS is a custom made, hand-assembled device. Shipment will be made upon arrival of your Tennant Biomodulator™ PLUS with a paid order.

Return merchandise is accepted for refund if received at Senergy Medical group within 30 calendar days of purchase. Refunds will be issued upon return receipt of the Tennant Biomodulator™ PLUS unit and or accessory devices to Senergy Medical Group, and will be issued in the form of either a Senergy Medical Group check or credit card refund - which ever you used to purchase - for the amount of returned items minus any credit card surcharges, shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. There is no refund on a training course that has been attended. Shipping costs and insurance remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
